This year's OffShore Rib Rally 785 will take us to the sunny Dutch Caribbean. Due to it's perfect exotic nature, the rough and wild oceans and the many possibilities for great outdoor rally adventure, The Rib Rally 2008 will have it's home at the Dutch Antilles Islands of Bonaire and Curacao!
Starting with it's first Rally on November 30th, Bonaire will have the opening show for the Rib Rally this year. Bonaire, famous for the perfect diving and both in an out of water nature, creates the perfect conditions for a true Rib Adventure. After having raced three Rallies on this Island that has it all, the Rib Rally races on towards another Caribbean Pearl: Curacao.
In Curacao, the biggest of the three Dutch Antilles Islands, The Rib Rally will have some more great adventure, with not only pure racing, but also the Technical Course and the Jetski-relay will be hosted here.
Stages 8 Rib Racing Stages will be held, some of them combined with running, diving and swimming. Next to that, 3 Stages will be held on the Endurance level: The Jibe City Sea Turtle Run, the Technical Course and the Jetski-relay.
Ranking
All of the stages will have a ranking in them, where the total amount of points scored on all of the stages will define which team may call themselves the OffShore Rib Rally 785 2008 Champions of the Caribbean!
